Orbit Telecom complaint
Orbit telecom added me on my phone bill WITHOUT my permission, using my personal information, I couldnt get ahold of them and eventually had to get my phone company to remove it! Any suggestions? Who do I contacy about this? They got away with this for 3 months, how does this happen? I am deffcontacting the BBB and the Atorney general and I encourage all to have been scamed by these jerks to make reports also! This isnt the first time this has happened~look closley at your bills under misc. and "other" charges. A few others to look out for is Trivoice international 1-866-473-1999 and myiproducts imail llc 1800 286-4455

Trivoice Intl did it again. This is the second time they bill 4 times for unauthorized billing of this crappy monthly vmail fee. It looks like they're partnered with ATT. trivoice number 1 800 298 3724 or 1 800 473 1999.

:(

AT&T must have allowed Orbit Telecom to add me, since I never knew anything about Orbit AND they started trying to explain the benefits of the voice mail service to me when I called the 1-800 # on the AT&T bill, and even though they said another person had signed up using my phone #, when they looked the phone owner data up, my data appeared. I think AT&T needs to drop them as a partner quickly. It only makes AT&T look bad when something like this happens.

Quit filling out online surveys and trying to win a free PS3 or X-Box 360 and you wont get signed up for this type of stuff. Ahh, the joys of people that feel like they are getting ripped off when they visit the internet and dont read the fine print of things they fill out online.

My mom just called me and said that I set up an account with orbit telecom in november 2007 (according to them) and she didnt even notice she had been paying for it until today. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about, and she called Orbit telecom who immediately said they would refund all her money. I googled it and found a lot of other people have the same problem. It sounds like they know they are scamming people if they will refund your money so quickly. I am going to contact orbit telecom and ask them how i signed up for their services so hopefully i can warn other people.
